HOME HEATING OIL PRE-PAY SCHEME(PayPoint for Oil Payments)Terms & Conditions
By accepting the PAYPOINT card the customer has entered into an agreement with TDF FUELS. The contract is between the customer and TDF FUELS. TDF FUELS will provide oil in value equal to the amount of credit on the card at the price applicable on the day the fuel is ordered. The card is a pre-payment scheme only, not a savings scheme and refunds/withdrawals are not permitted. No interest is attributable to the cardholder. The card may only be used to order fuel from TDF FUELS The card is the property of TDF FUELS and must be returned to TDF FUELS if the customer does not wish to continue using the PAYPOINT system. The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the card and TDF FUELS cannot be held responsible for loss/damage or incorrect use of the card. A fee may be charged for a replacement card. Any dispute between TDF FUELS and the customer will be referred to the Northern Ireland Oil Federation for resolution only if a valid receipt can be produced. NIOF 2005 © TDF FUELS 2005 |
